Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by ACE-Comms (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to email inbox management, and email campaign support (“Services”). By engaging with our Services, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Services
We provide:

• Daily inbox management and email triage

• On-brand replies and message flagging

• Email campaign setup and deployment

Any additional services must be agreed upon in writing.

2. Client Responsibilities
To deliver our services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide necessary access to email platforms, ESPs (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit), or tools

• Share any brand guidelines or voice/tone preferences

• Respond to queries in a timely manner regarding flagged messages or escalation items

3. Payment Terms

• Services are billed monthly in advance

• Payment is due within 7 days of invoice

• Late payments may result in a pause or termination of services

• No refunds will be issued once a monthly service cycle has begun

4. Confidentiality
We will treat all client information, communications, and account access credentials as strictly confidential. No information will be shared with third parties without explicit written consent.

5. Termination

• You may cancel services at any time with 14 days' written notice

• We may terminate the agreement with immediate effect in cases of abuse, non-payment, or breach of terms

6. Liability
We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from delays, missed messages, or email platform outages. The client remains responsible for final review of outbound communications if desired.

7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted and communicated to current clients at least 7 days prior to taking effect.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
